I remember Dona and I attending together an art therapy group class for people who had suffered the loss of a loved one. She drew, with the color blue, this wonderful picture of Bill and herself walking hand in hand. She kept this drawing in her kitchen and whenever I visited her I saw it and was reminded of that wonderful day. The art session was held in Leesburg. After the class we had lunch in an old bank building that had been turned into a restaurant. I miss her presence, her stories, her laughter, and her zest for life.
